Herz P1 Smart Ring: The Wearable You Didn’t Know You Needed

The Oura Herz P1 Smart Ring has aspirations of advanced detection of sickness signs. For now, it is more of a wellness ring with added temperature sensing. I am going to bed too late every night time and wake up feeling groggy. I peel away my CPAP mask. I put on two silver rings, one on each hand: one is my wedding ceremony ring and one is the Oura ring. It would not beep, or blink, or vibrate. I simply put on it -- sleeping, showering, all the time. Occasionally, I examine the Oura app on my cellphone. It says: Here's your readiness rating. Or, that is how you slept. I can see my temperature fluctuations through the app. I can see my heart charge. The Oura ring has been round for 2 years, however I by no means received around to carrying one (though I once wore another well being ring by a company referred to as Motiv).
